How I got here
I have a background that combines software engineering, product, and teaching. The object of the work has stayed surprisingly stable: systems that help other people ship. Latin America has been the operating system.
The roles, dates, and numbers live on the inventory pages. This is the through-line that connects them.
Sitting in the runtime
I trained as a computer engineer in Curitiba. The useful habit from that period was not a particular stack. It was staying close to the runtime — reading the code, arguing about implementation, caring whether the thing actually ran.
That is why my first job was as a software engineer, writing Java in global squads at Mastercard. I did not stay in that title, but I never left the posture. When I talk with engineering leads now, it is the same conversation with a different product on the table.
The degrees and the teaching track are collected on Education.
Process as the product
An MBA in project management sounds like a detour until you notice what I kept working on. At Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi I spent about six years on the Latin American side of digital and IT: first a portfolio of initiatives, then the products that were supposed to change how the company sold and operated, then open innovation — startups, partnerships, build versus buy.
The logos changed. The object did not. Process, platforms, and the question of how work actually moves through an organization.
The other side of the table
I left the alliance to sit closer to product companies.
At BossaBox I advised enterprises that were trying to ship digital products they could not build alone. Then I joined Clubbi as a product manager after the seed round, on the shopping experience of an FMCG B2B marketplace — catalog, pricing, the funnel that has to grow without falling over.
Those company chapters, with the results, are on Work.
A startup that did not scale
In 2023 I co-founded Energyk: B2B vertical SaaS for the energy market, with early AI in the operational workflows. I led product and go-to-market. I learned a lot about a regulated, physical-world market, and about the difference between a sharp thesis and a company that can raise and grow.
We did not raise a seed round, and we did not scale. I took the lessons with me.
Literacy from the other side of the term sheet
While this was happening I completed a professional master's at USP on entrepreneurship, with research on how venture capital actually decides in Brazil. The thesis is on Education. It is not decoration. It is why I can talk to operators and to capital without swapping personalities.
Teaching as a second product surface
Since 2022 I have taught in public: first as a guest instructor at Tera, then at PM3, and now also as a SpaceXAI Ambassador and Regional Leader for Latin America — a community affiliation, not a job, with Cursor as part of SpaceXAI. Meetups and workshops for people who want to build with AI, including people who do not write code for a living.
Enablement is a parallel track, not a hobby I bolted on after the fact.
The current synthesis
At Pipefy I am Staff Product Manager for Agentic AI. The work is hybrid on purpose: roughly 60% product, 40% hands-on. Agents that take actions inside a workflow platform, not chat windows. Putting the Model Context Protocol on a GraphQL API that was never designed for agents. Cost, latency, reliability.
The open-source and side projects — protocols, toolkits, observability — are the public proof of that same bet. They live on Projects.
This is not a career break. It is the same through-line with a new runtime: help people ship, then teach others to do the same.
